Job Summary

 

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at our Miami, FL headquarters. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance eMed's brand presence and drive lead generation. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. This role requires a proven track record in healthcare marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve company goals.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with eMed’s goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities and define the roadmap for growth. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and growth targets. 
  • Paid Media Execution: Potential to manage in-platform campaigns across social (LinkedIn, Reddit, X) and paid search in partnership with a media agency.
  • Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Customer Acquisition: Design and execute customer acquisition strategies to attract and retain clients. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize marketing funnels.
  • Brand Management: Partner with the Director to oversee brand management activities, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and events.
  • Content Strategy: Execute on a robust content strategy that educates, engages, and inspires our target audience. Oversee content creation, including blogs, videos, webinars, and more.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Mindset: Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts. Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and expand our reach. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including large employers, state/federal governments, unions, and payers, to drive program adoption and success.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or health tech industry. Experience in the wellness or weight loss industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing/executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically & translate business objectives into marketing plans.
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI for marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
