About the Role
The Project Manager – Partnerships & Implementation Intern will work directly with eMed’s Partnerships and Implementation team to help drive the execution of strategic initiatives across the company.
This role involves working in business strategy, product development, and operational execution areas. You will support the launch and integration of key partnerships while helping coordinate complex projects across product, engineering, clinical operations, and commercial teams.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how digital health companies launch new capabilities, integrate healthcare infrastructure, and scale partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. This role will:
- Support the planning and execution of high-impact initiatives across partnerships, product, engineering, and clinical operations.
- Assist in the implementation of strategic partner integrations including clinical networks, PBMs, pharmacies, and distribution partners.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure successful execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Help define and document business, operational, and technical requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and landscape analysis across digital health, telehealth, and healthcare infrastructure to help identify potential channel partners and strategic growth opportunities.
- Support the partnerships team in evaluating new partnership opportunities, creating external integration documentation, and preparing materials for internal decision-making.
- Assist in coordinating partner onboarding and implementation activities.
- Work closely with teams across product, engineering, payments, clinical operations, and product operations.
- Coordinate internal meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Develop project documentation, internal reports, and leadership briefings.
- Prepare presentations and analysis to support strategic planning and partner discussions.
- Track key project metrics and provide updates to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Interest in healthcare innovation, startups, or digital health platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management or strategy-related coursework or internships
- Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Monday, etc.)
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, or business case development
- Interest in healthcare infrastructure, telehealth, or digital health startups
